Today…

…notice the little miracles!

 

 

Pay attention to what’s around you right now. Notice what is going on inside of you. What do you simply pass by and do not see?

Exercise:

Find a spot right now. Outside works best, but do what you can with what you’ve got. Don’t put this off for later.

Choose a square foot of space and notice everything you can within it. Notice the subtle colors. The light falling. The shadows. The textures.

What do you barely see because it’s not obvious? Is anything moving in this spot? What thoughts are present? Are the voices uptight because they think you’re wasting your time?

Take note of everything. In fact, feel free to journal about this experience.

And then go out and notice every small miracle you can today! Keep score whenever you do.

Exclaim, “Ah, that’s a miracle!”
