Part of living a mindful kindful life includes tending to the body and taking care of its needs.

It needs good, healthy food. It needs physical activity. It needs water. It needs maintenance. It needs rest. It needs love.

Because how you treat anything is how you treat everything. Tend to everything in your sphere with love and that love will show up everywhere. Tend to yourself with love and that love will be your life.

Body and mind are one. Mental states are reflected by how your body is doing and vice versa. They are not separate.
