…smell the roses!



You’ve heard that expression before, right?

“Stop and smell the roses.”

It means: “To relax; to take time out of one’s busy schedule to enjoy or appreciate the beauty of life.” — Wiktionary

Continuing where we left off with the previous exercise, why don’t you find something to appreciate right now?

Stopping is a powerful way to dislodge the thoughts and voices in your head. Giving your attention something beautiful to attend instead redirects it to what will enliven you.

Imagine if you made this a regular practice in your everyday life?

Well, it would be like you were meditating 24/7!!! 😯
