…do something radically kind for yourself!



What’s it going to be? 

Are you going to take a walk? Drink enough water? Cook something healthy? Get outside? Buy yourself flowers? 

Please know that the more the voices in your head protest, the more you’re headed in the right direction! Do the one(s) that will upset them the most. Have them scream, “That’s irresponsible!” “Do that for someone else, but not you!” “That will take waaaay too long!” 

This is how you’ll know it’s radically kind enough. Be sure to put it in your calendar and set an alarm.

Radical kindness for ourselves tends to get back burnered indefinitely! Your job: Don’t let that happen!
