and anchor yourself to the moment.



Notice the air as it fills your nostrils, fills your lungs and fills your body. Perhaps notice the pause at the top of the inhalation.

Then notice the air as it leaves your body, leaves your lungs and leaves your nostrils. Perhaps notice the pause at the bottom of the exhalation. 

Those pauses are where the anchor takes hold and brings you back here. In those gaps are where no-thoughts reside.

Everything as it is. 

Here. Now. Present.
